Important Information
Cancellations | Rego fee: Cancellations must be in writing. An administration fee of $150 will be charged on all cancellations prior to 17 May 2020. Thereafter refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and will be processed after the Conference. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Conference. Hotels: Please note, a change to your hotel booking could incur a penalty being charged by the hotels. The hotels will charge a FULL cancellation fee for any cancellation within 30 days of conference. If we can onsell your accommodation, we will. |
Insurance | All insurance is the responsibility of registrants. The Conference Organising Committee, IPWEA NZ, The Dunedin Centre and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for illness or death, injury or accident to or financial loss by any person attending the Conference, whatever the cause |
Liability | n the event of any disruption or event leading to losses or added expenses being incurred in respect of the Conference, there shall be no liability attached to IPWEA NZ, the Organising Committee, The Dunedin Centre or The Conference Team. |
Registration Credit Card Payments | We will neither collect nor store your credit card details. On the registration form, you will be directed to use the credit card payment facilities provided by Windcave.
